[HELP]Oly is not working

Ok hello guys...i have a problem..my server is opened...hmm...1 month...and..today normally..Players with the highest Points should be turn to Heroes..but nothing happened...my oly starts at 6.. (18:00) and it ends at 12 (00:00:)

 

So normally.. at 12:1 (00:1)

 

Players..should be heroes..but i didnt work.. :/

 

Any ideas?

I think is from server config go to olympiadproperies and see when the period ends 1 every month is not for all servers :)
