[Question] Renders

Hey there

 

I heard there is a program that can cut renders well from some images...

 

Instance: I've got screen with my Lineage 2 char, and I want to create a render from the char. Do I have to cut it like dumbass in PS or is there any programs that can somehow cut it off to render?
