can any 1 make a good guide about how to fix skills plx plox ? :o

Someone already shared guide about skill fixing . You should chose witch "skill fixing way" you want to chose :

 

- by xml ( only stats fix )

- core side

Well use search and try find how to fix skills from core and i am sure u wont find nothing thets why i ask for guide ....
