*Tutorial maker* I got a problem plz

I want to make an item to pop up a html file from my server whenever I use it just like the tutorila guide wich all players get when they start. any ideas?

ohh shit I done everything that this post says but at the start I gotted like 20 errors than I fixed them and now I got those 2 errors that I dont know what to do :S

Does it need compile? I didnt compile it its in java its not the core.
