Can't connect to gracia server

i'm working with the gracia final server and i have the server run, login runing and i can create accounts. my db is working. the problem i have is i can login but when i come to the server page it always says down. i have looked at the props on both, login and game server, and evertything is right. if some has had this problem or knows how to fix it plz tell me, or someone know for sure 100% that there is a gracia final pack that works plz leave a link. thx you for your help :)

First you are in Wrong Section...READ BEFORE POST

you check if you have correct IPs both to Login and GS?

Check the configs both in LS and GS Folder..
