About augment active skills

Anyone knows what is the rate of getting an active skill when u get a purple/red augment?

That depends, all the servers got their own rate..

You can change that from your server files.Data/stats/augments i think so.But i think that is 10-15%.

and yes...u cant know the rate of getting a skill in a customized server cuz the chance of getting a skill will have been surely increased

Go to the  website of the server you play  and chack it out dont ask us.....

Noone can tell you tha rate..Ask the Admin/GM or a player who knows exactly the rate (top donator etc.) usually they know a lot of things about the server :P

haha sad but true top donators seem to know everything about the server, sometimes more then GM's (or they are the GM :P)
