Is This Right For Public Server?

I log in my server everything is fine, i called my internet provider and they opened my ports and i see here http://status.blackout-gaming.net/index.php?request=srvrchck that my server is offline any ideas or maybe these files are wrong?

change login hostname to your external ip.

look cause i tried to edit these files many times i uploaded my server and logiserver properties here
