Which are the possibilities of getting the epic mount from last boss of stratholme? (i wanna solo it@normal mode) :D  btw does it drop at normal difficulty too or only heroic at 80?(wow sites vary the percentage)

 

 

also how can i get commendation signets? i need 9k of reputation in order to get exalted with undercity to buy some of their mounts and i m doing low level quests to get it! give me some ideas how to raise it

(giving stacks of 20 runecloths for 75 reputation will take ages)
