[Tutorial] Black and white poster effect !

In this thoroughly explained, simple photoshop lesson, you will see how to create black and white poster photo effect.

 

Step 1

 

First, find any photo which you like to use for this lesson and open it in Photoshop.

 

 

Step 2

 

Hit now Ctrl+Shift+U key on the keyboard, to convert photo in color into a black and white photo.

 

Step 3

 

Duplicate now  your layer (CTRL + J) and choose Image > Adjustments > Threshold. After that, make the adjustments as follow:

 

 

Step 4

 

Set the blending mode to Color Dodge.

 

 

You should now have something like below.
