Need help with Armor Skill!!!!

hi guys i have just made some new sets.i imported them in the 'armorsets' and at the skill id i put 10001.i created the xml file with stats..but in game i dont see any passive skill...but the stats are working...

may be u need update your skills data in your system, i got the same problem but i can see a litle black box in pasive skills

i did updated but nothing :) i have also put icon in the skill but still nothing
