i can change reuse time elixir of cp/hp/mp ?  if i need programns or other files  , if u know tell and how use it

The delay is given from the server so you can't modify it with any program

he's right. you can't change the reuse time of items manually. only the admin can change it to edit the server properties.

do you mean cp-clicker?? how you can find it: use "search" .
