LOL! I think you got a reading problem. Every one that have done anything in MSSQL or MySQL is able to setup an database.

Just learn l2j first then

I would suggest practicing on L2 Java based systems as just about anybody can run one, and setting them up is a lot easier than L2Off files

 

Just a suggestion. :)

 

For official files you need the following:

 

Windows x64 Based OS (32bit does not work)

MSSQL 2005 or better (Evaluation/Express does not work well)

8GB of dedicated RAM (3GB just for the NPC system load)

 

Everything else you have is fine.
