Step 1:

Lets start out by creating a new file. I used a 900Χ500 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black color. Now make a new layer set and name it '3D Text Design'.

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Verdana, regular, 120 pt, smooth and #0DBC6B color shade. In a new text layer type your name on the center of the canvas.

Step 3:

Duplicate your green text layer design and create a new layer, merge both layers so the text layer turns into a regular layer. Now on your Layers Window put this layer behind the text layer and then nudge it down on the canvas.
