[HELP] MySQL Password Change (noobish question..)

Hey all.. I know i`m noob and i know i`m stupid and bla bla but how to change the pass for the MySQL? I tryed 1000 commands but mysqladmin.exe just dont open to put them... So i need another way or tell me how to open it ;// Thanks!

Run the Mysql instance config under the MySQL part in your start menu.
