stack subs mage criticals

hi,i am playing in a server where i can select 1 main +8 subs,and my question is.

how can i give a lot magic criticals?? i have wild magic and a lot subs of a mage,but.

How can increase the critics??

can increase it with some totems????

and  i have the passive ligth armor,and i have the max casting, can i give more critics with a blue wolf then a dragonic?? o the armor doesnt give u critical??
