Ok,first you need make the Ketra Alliance quest you can find it here http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/quests/index.php?id=15069

 

next if you do the quest and you have earned the 2nd Badge you need to do this quest

ok now you must go to asefa now comes the trick you must buy more Thief keys and take one Divine Stone of Wisdome and delete quest then return to Wahkan in Ketra Ork Outpost and take the Magical Past quest again and return to Asefa make this 5-6 times and you dont need to make Ktera Ork Alliance quest anymore BUT DONT KILL AN KETRA ORK ANYMORE BECAUE IF YOU KILL THE QUEST IS FOR NOTHING

This isn't an exploit so it can be fixed in servers but i tryed in L2theabyss and it works

didn't work on frintezza interlude off , its like u dont get that quest item , and u even didn't the quest , u must make that quest again
