[Help] asap help cant create new chars.

Asap guys i have a big problem..while new ppls arrived and made normal new chars suddenly the last two days ppls create again normally accounts but when the choose to create a new char they cant cause where you put a name it says "Name must be 16 characters without blanks "(and other shits) and they cant create new chars with whatever name they try......Plz help.
