CS/HL server's log files loc

Hi. I wondered if there is a way to change the Server log files location. I need them to install psychostats, but it must be on my website's directory.

no... i doesn't helped much..

 

Ok my problem is this... The Psychostats are on another host and i don't know how to connect it to my server to get the logs... I wanted to put the Logs in the www folder (er... a plugin for CS that makes a website for your Server). I don't want to install other softwares like wamp or perl...
