I know about fraps, but it records in very big quality and files are too big :/

(Fraps work only in fullscreen mode ;))

Use fraps to register ... then take the movie and open movie maker and render it in wmv/avi ...u can add some effects there ...and if u know how to use Adobe After Effects is better ...
