Scripting question

I wanna force my oog waleker to shout. (shout channel) , u know when u write "!" before your text and everyone in town scan see what did u say.

I was doing this by script, but I found just one command:

 

say(text here)

 

I was trying to do some things with it, for example:

 

say(!text here)

!say(text here)

 

But the best thing I get is "! Text there" and it's in generall channel.

 

So is it possible to change that?
