its ur video card...maybe its too small.. or u just need to download his last driver..

 

and if its not ur video..make a full check it have to fix everthing

Solution number 1 : Repair the game

Solution number 2 : reinstall the game

Solution number 3 : config ur graphic card setup

Solution number 4 : re-install the graphic card driver
