How to bring NPC down

i see on one sv some guys make fun about adm they put npc down every 1 min ADM load them and but they come back ....and in the last they make free lag in town with invinity adena :D with tool to use? :D i want too xD

Usually yes, but there are configs to make em invincible ;D prefers from where you play

but they dont kil the NPC they put down all NPC :D all mobs
