Don't wait anymore for skills reuse delay

It works fine on some l2j server and it's very useful to play olympiad games.

You simply have to restart, delete your character and cancel the deletion. When you log in you have all skills rdy :D!

 

ATTENTION! You lose all buffs if u cancel your char so use that exploit only if your are unbuffed (For example after an olympiad match ^^)
