how i can open port 7777 and 2106

hmm i wanna set up a l2j server i can logg in it wrok fine with loginserver  gameserver

 

but my friend cannot join the server

 

peoples sad me that i need open port 7777 , 2106

 

i have DrayTek vigor 318 how i can open this ports plz say me :(
