Okey Ofcourse

Apache will be ur webserver

for now we will use it on localhost(127.0.0.1)

download the apache

install it

in 1 point it will ask you where it will try to host

then put 127.0.0.1

okey continue the installation bla bla

in 1 time it says finish

make a restart on ur computer

then on the tool bar(where is and Start button)

u will see apache services running it will be 1

stop apache

go where u installed apache

most computers here

C:\Program Files\Apache Foundblablabla\

there  it will be a folder with name htdocs

there put your Upload folder

about the upload folder u will see in the later steps
