well first u need go to www.hotmail.com an open ur acount if is open all are find with he,and if u cant log on in ur msn maybe is the time from ur pc yea looks stupid put sometime that is one problem and other thing ho can do is the version if u have one version -7.0 with that maybe u cant ,need one version more new
