after all ncsoft is loosing loads of money with all the private servers i would do the same if i were them :P

the trick is to get a limited vote ...make a good community and then when you have the votes you want remove the banner ,... 2nd page is good i think if you have a big community you dont need votes ( i saw a server with 10 votes 120 people online ;) )
