cant take sub class

guys i fixed everything in my server but need only one thing. when i go to grand master and add sub class it says u first have to complete mimirs elixir. can anyone tell me how can i change it to automatic adding sub class. i mean without quest.

ok thanks alot and one more question how can i change siege date? i mean i wanna make sieges every week not every 2 weeks. can u tell me wher eis that file from where i can change the date?
