Help ChatWnd or GFX for shift items

Hello everyone.
I've searched ChatWnd.uc and I didn't find this part, I searched XDAT and I didn't find it either, I tried to search in its GFX as well without success.

Where is this part in the client? (I'm using client 166)

My random guess is that it's the native function SetItemTextLink
