Hello everyone

 

I seek some informations regarding Interlude C6

 

the question is

 

When x player gets fear debuff , is he able to click around and the char move to the direction but when you not it goes back to the "fear effect" direction

 

Also regarding the learn skills lvl gap , how is it working for example i am 40 level 2nd class , i drop 9 / 10 levels , will i lose skills or i keep the skills for certain demoted levels? 
Please enlight me and provide videos if possible or at least valid sources of your answer!
