Draconic bow or Shining ? what is the best

Both are same, but I recommend Shining Bow because Draconic looks ghay.

I think that dragonic bow is more beautifull but the 2 bows give the same stats..

db is from l2 original not from pvp servers like shining ...

On different servers those bows are different. On one they are same and on other they have some specyfic like DB more crits SB faster shooting etc

They are the same..it's all a question of personal preference. Some people think that DB is better because in its description is written that "damage in PVP is increased" and SB doesn't have such a description but I think it's not true. I have noticed another thing: an archer with SB hits faster than with DB...although the stats are the same. Could it be so..or I only have such an impression?  :D

I Prefer Draconic Bow then Shining Bow Because DB Looks better with Draconic Set :P

They are exctly the same....but Db is more popular to L2 players for some reason...I suggest u taking shnining cuz others suggests u Db.. =D

Dunno about the other servers but Shining was have better re-use time (quick recovery) and only the donat0rs was have it ...i dont know if in all the c4 servers (and less) was have that re-use time too!

Well as i know dragonic bow have more range than shining but im not sure ....i remember from a friend who said me that they are same but dragonic has more range
