Help Animation skill's dont go off - l2jsunrise

Goodnight,
I need your help.
I have a problem that sometimes when I'm attacking 1 mob and I use a skill, sometimes the skill animation doesn't come out, it happens with all fighters.
I made a video demonstrating it, you can see on midle of the video, animation dont go off.
To be able to replicate more easily, just press the attack key at the same time as the skill key.
I've tried everything, and I can't fix it, I ask for your help.
