How to change Skill Name size or color of a skill?

Hello,
I try to find where in xdat can the name of a skill be incrased and font color changed maybe? 
Or is it in ui.gfx and basically untouchable ( i managed to decompile into gfxflash and read them, but i have no idea for the next steps and i feel frustrated after 10 years of "modding" we still don t have normal editors like most other games offer even wow.)

Btw, if anyone can make only the skill font (item name) bigger without changing the rest of things i m willing to pay also.
