Multisell to exchange an item +20 for another +0 problem

Hello good night / morning. I was creating a Multisell to exchange an item +20 for another +0. This is my Multisell

But when I want to buy the item instead of asking me +20, it lets me buy without enchanting Here I leave a photo.

But if I give it one +20, it also gives me one more +20. (Apart from showing me all the options) Do you know why that could be?
