Help With active debuff skill I can't write in the chat?

Hello, everyone!
I've been using the DEADZ INTERFACE 2.4 for a long time, but I have a problem that when I have an active debuff skill next to the buff bar, I can't write in the chat or as I write the chat and it suddenly stops! Can you help me how to fix this problem?

Looks like the ticking of the debuff change the UI focus wnd.
