Question about league performance

good enough so i have my laptop for approximately 5 years now. league become operating fine (avarage eighty-180fps) till a few moths lower back wheb i relized my game is (in a pvp suit) capping off at round 50-60fps and also losing mid teamfights for a break up 2d so  router login  its tough to react from time to time. i've been playin on the sam e settings for years now and by no means had a trouble until these days. is this cuz the sport got more advances through updates or is it a hardware problem? (changing great does nothing) i'd recognize any help seeing that i tried mostly th 192.168.0.1 e whole thing i kbow off and not anything works...

If you are playing with the same settings for many years, I should say that the problem is not in your settings
