I honestly think this is stupid, how come it will work? The reuse is set just as you use the skill, nothing you do after the skill will help to make the reuse faster.

Well dude i will try it! Because rr its not usefull everytime because in some server if you do restart your skill its not ready :( so i will try it :D

works on atlantis and most new servers.

 

Sometimes You need to Restart the game, then exit, then start up again and when You re login You have all Your skills back. The newest gracia 2 servers remember skill reuse even though You've done this ;/ ... This trick is kinda bogus, didn't work on all servs that I've tested, cheers
