if u are from greece the ip isnt static u need to take con-x at work from this i know... if u have a modem and this dont close when u rr ur pc download the no-ip ( www.no-ip.com ) and u will have static if u have a modem that close when u restart the pc ,take a new speedtouch,i think have 40 euro from this i was pay...or conex at work cy@@@

you go to no-ip .. and create a domain such as domain.no-ip.biz behind this domain .. is hiding your IP ... when your IP Changes is no problem because your Domain name is the same ... :) :) you can use it in DC ++ or in L2J Server ... :) and this is a good answer
