Buff bonuses on bases stats

Can someone tell me if there is a way to make buffs/debuffs apply their effect on chars base stats and not on overall stats? 

By base stats i don't mean STR/DEX etc. But p.atk/m.atk on char without any bonuses applied.

i was looking for that but apparently l2jmobius removed basemul and decided to just stick to basic "flat add" and "percent add"

ill try to addapt basemul from some other pack.
