Those really nice sigs

I see people with really nice sigs. They look like your actually in the game.. It does the same animation over and over but I can't figure out how they do it.. I tried taking multiple screenshots but it doesn't work..

 

An example of what I'm looking for is KarmaArrows Sig.

He uses  Fraps to capture the scene, and Vidgif to turn it to a .gif file.
