2) is there some way to edit the respawn points of me and the bots?

1)Talking for non steam:

C:/Program Files/Valve/cstrike/maps

Talking for steam:

C:\Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/*account name*/counter-strike/cstrike/maps

Nah, I think there is no way you can add weapons to cs.(IMHO)
