xml files problem

hello, i got weard problem ive made npc all goes fine ive do xml file for multisell i thnik all is fine but when i enter to game and check i see nothing just pust multisell window and got this is game server console patch of files are fine htm is in merchant folder and xml is in multisell folder

[L2Multisell] can't find list with id: 4003

//realod multisell, or restart the server and check again.

make sure that your DB NPC has the same ID as the file in yout merchants list. than shut server down and restart it so you have a fresh start. if it still don't want to work. make sure your html and xml files has a values right, if you miss one bracket or somethinf it will not sure right.
