Well I Downloaded L2Phx And Tried To Open It , I Have Installed Microsoft Framework..

but still the same..

I've Downloaded It About 6-7 Times From Other "Spots" But AgaiN The Same Shit. I Closed The Antivirus But The Same Again..

I thought in the beggining that you are using vista,so that was the problem.But it seems that you are using xp sp3.

well try to redownlad the frameworks , check out the firewall/anti vir (maybe they are blocking it) , if non of this helps theres another way : to download windows , and install it on another partition...
