Help Logo screen/NPC logo

Hello, as far i understand to fix main login screen and NPC logo from L2 hi5 Mythras files, i have to change "tut.utx" file so i can make my own logo. Problem is that i cannot do it, i tryed throu unrealengine2 but still cannot make it, i tryed few days but im new to all of this and its hard for me, is there anyone skiller  who want to share someknowledge and can help me to do it please? More specific what i want to change is this logos:
