Can't see clan crest in game

hello guys, I present the following problem, 
in the game I can not observe any of the clan crest 
and when I give it to leave the game I get the following error

This problem is with the interlude client, it should be noted that 
I have already reinstalled the game with a clean client and 
placing only the server patch without any interface or something extra.
