well well let's start!

Firts go to www.forumotions.com!

now press free forum!!!

 

next you need to choose a theme for your forum!you can change it later from admin panel

 

 

next you have to complement

Now your forum are created !! !!!!!!!!!!!

You have to active from email messanges your password!!!1

Now press your internet address and go to forum!

press login and connect with username admin and psw what you have choosen!

now you are still here! press administartion panel is like down!

Now you are in administration panel! Change Simple or Advanced panel!! what you like! with simple you cant change everything you need in forum , but you can with advanced!

Ok!!! if you want portal you have to change administration panel to advanced and follow the photo!

EDIT : Update how to create a rank title

 

First follow the photo....(in advanced panel)

Next you can to write one rank title ..! later write the minimum post ..(the member has take this title rank from minimun post) and choose a rank image !

good job man! i was using that service before. also i sugest using www.speedhosting.co.cc . you can get a free website with FTP access and mySQL. you can upload any CMS you want or even pure HTML. i suggest it. also by registering a website you will receive a free .co.cc domain.
