hi man, i change icon to Greater HP ID 1539 but when i use hp potion on top near buffs still see old  white hp potion icon, pls where can change it too?

Find the skill that potion using and change and skill icon.

Go on xml/items find the potion and you will see inside the XML the skill is using.
