Is there any Classic patched folder around ?

I have some ideas I would like to try, and have no idea if there is anything such as a patched L2 Classic Systme folder somewhere.

 

Also, patched L2.exe / L2.bin ?

 

In an ideal world I would find it with protocol revision 15, but any pointer about where to look (what's the big russian websites for Client modding ?) are welcomed
