Add Skill to Item

How can i add skill to a item(when i equip that item it give me a skill that i chose)?

modify it at database..

 

go in database at weapon.. and find the  colum  add_skill (dont remember good) and add the skill id.

Go to database at weapon, and go with belt to the ending of the list  if you see table "add_skill", edit this.
