a liitle help about skill modification!

can some one give  a little help about skill..

 

if i  want to modify a skill dmg.. mp consumation etc.. i must change them only in xml.

 

or i need to change them in other place. too...

You need to change only Xml for this skill...

Change the power for skill dmg!
